SIR ROBERT ANDERSON ERRORS
Daniel 9:24–27: 69 Of 70 - Weeks
Jesus' 1st Coming Prophecy
SIR ROBERT ANDERSON calculations of Daniel 9:24-26 70-Weeks Prophecy
Regarding the first 69 Periods of 7 is IN ERROR:
According to his own conclusion 173,880 DAYS, equate to 476 Gregorian
calendar years plus 25 days.
Daniel’s prophecy was 476 Gregorian calendar years plus
25 days from the time the order was given by King Artexerexes in the month of Nissan, unto the coming of the
Messiah per Neh. 2:1,8.
However, Passover is on the 14th day of Nissan, and 25 days prior to Passover is Adar 15; obviously
NOT in the month of Nissan.
Therefore SIR ROBERT ANDERSON calculations of Daniel 9:24-26 is IN ERROR.
Theologians, like Chuck Missler, Chuck Swindoll, Chuck Smith and others who are quoting Sir Robert Anderson's errors works should apply common
sense and immediately correct their significant mistakes.
Please review and apply the following correct mathematical conclusions
to your applied theology:
===================================
Dan. 9: 24: Seventy weeks (70 periods of 7) are determined
upon the people and upon thy holy city (Jerusalem), to finish the transgression,
and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal
up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
Jesus' 1st Coming:
Vs
25: Know therefore and understand, that from the going
forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore
and two (69) weeks;or 69 periods of 7’s in other versions: the street shall
be built again, and the wall, even in troublesome times. Vs. 26: And after threescore and two (62)
weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and
the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
Jesus 1st coming:
According
to Daniel 9:24-25 a period of 69 7-year periods, or 483 Prophetic Years
(69x7) would pass until the coming of the Messiah. Biblical prophetic years are 360
days long. See Rev. 11:2-3, 12:6 and 13:5 which indicate 42 months as
equivalent to 3.5 years or 1260 days. See also Dan. 12:7-12
69 periods of 7 years;
69 x 7 = 483 prophetic years
483 years x 360 days per
prophetic year = 173,880 prophetic calendar days.
"King Artaxerxes decreed in the month of Nissan,
the order to restore and rebuild Jerusalem." (Neh. 2:1-8). This may have been
on the 1st day of the Jewish month Nissan in 445 BC. 173,880 prophetic
calendar days later, the gift of the Holy Spirit was given on Sivan 6, 30 A.D. as prophesied; includes
year zero. (A.D. dates adjusted to our Gregorian calendar of 365.242 days
per astronomical year.* 173,880 / 365.2422 = 476 Gregorian calendar years; 445 + 31 = 476)
Sivan 6 is the day on which the Feast of Weeks;
aka Pentecost is celebrated! It
is also the month the Law was given to Moses that brings forth the
knowledge of sin. Now the Spirit of life has been given!

Jesus' 1st Coming Timing & Date Calculations:
Daniel 9: 25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going
forth of the commandment to restore and to build
Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two (69)
weeks (or 69 periods of 7’s
in other
versions)
BC & AD Dates
Arithmetic Calculation Verifications:
Nissan 1, 445 BC
To Sivan 6, 30 AD; includes year zero:
69 periods of 7 years; 69 x 7 = 483 prophetic years
483 years x 360
days per prophetic year = 173,880
prophetic calendar days.
173,880 days divided by 354 days per lunar (Biblical Calendar) year = 491.18644 lunar years.
354
lunar (Biblical Calendar) days per lunar year x .18644 lunar years = 66 lunar days.
Note:
66 lunar days divided by 29.53057396 lunar days per month = 2 lunar months plus 7 days;
aka
Pentecost / Feast of Weeks on the 6th day of Sivan; the 6th day of the 3rd. month.
Therefore: 491.18644 lunar years
(354 x 491 + 66 lunar days) = 173,880 days:
Nissan 1, 445 BC + 173,880 days
= Sivan 6, 30 AD; includes year zero.
(A.D. dates adjusted to our Gregorian calendar of 365.242 days per astronomical year.* 173,880 / 365.2422 =
476 Gregorian calendar years; 445 + 31 = 476; Includes year zero)
On Nissan 1, 445 BC Artexerexes decreed * to rebuild Jerusalem. Add 491 lunar years, 2 lunar months plus
7 days = Sivan 6
(Feast of Weeks / Pentecost). *The exact date of King Artexerexes decree is unknown; other
than the month of Nissan as stated in Neh. 2:1-8. Therefore, his order could have been anywhere in the month; other
than the 1st day.
(Also on the 3rd month, the law was given to Moses; that brings forth the knowledge of sin. Now
the Spirit of life is given!)
======================================
173,880 days from Nissan 1 in 445 BC to Sivan 6 in 30
AD; including year zero (Note 445 + 31 = 476 Gregorian years):
476 Gregorian years equivalent to 491 Lunar calendar
years:
Lunar Calendar: 491. 18644 years; (173,880 divided by 354
days per year)
.18644 = 66 days at 354 days per lunar year; 2 mo. 7
days @ 29.5 days/mo.;
i.e. the 6th day of the 3rd mo of Sivan; aka the Feast of Weeks
/ Pentecost.
Gregorian Calendar: 476. 06766 years; (173,880 divided by 365.2422 days per year)
.06766 = 24.7 days at 365.2422 days per year;
i.e. the 25th day of Nissan (This date has no applicable relevance)
This Gregorian calendar date has
no applicable relevance. Some incorrectly fall into the trap of trying to justify the 10th or 14th day of Nissan
(Triumphant Entry or Passover) as the end date of March 30 or April 3rd (33 A.D.). By subtracting these
25 days from Nissan 10 or 14, their result would fall in the previous month of Adar 15 or 19. However, King Artexerxes
decreed in Nehemiah 2:1,8 that Jerusalem be rebuilt in "the month of Nissan", not Adar!
SIR ROBERT
ANDERSON calculations of Daniel 9:24-26 70-Weeks Prophecy regarding the first 69 Periods of 7 is therefore IN ERROR: According to his own conclusion that 173,880 DAYS, equate to 476 years plus 25 days
from the order given by King Artexerexes in the month of Nissan.
However, Passover is on the 14th day of Nissan. 25 days prior
to this date is Adar 15; therefore SIR ROBERT ANDERSON calculations of Daniel 9:24-26 is IN ERROR.
Theologians, like Chuck Missler, Chuck Swindoll, Chuck Smith and others who are quoting Sir Robert Anderson's errors works should immediately
correct their significant mistakes.
On the contrary, the difference of 66 lunar days
versus 24.7 Gregorian days is due to the fact that the Gregorian calendar is 365.2422 days per year, and the Lunar Calendar
year is 354 days per year. Because the Biblical Calendar is a 354-day year, it becomes the most accurate method to apply.
Because
the Biblical feasts calendar is a lunar calendar, these 66 days are then added onto Nissan
1 to obtain the end date of Sivan 6, i.e. the Feast of Weeks, aka Pentecost !
Nissan 10: Jesus' triumphant entry
Nissan 14: Passover / Crucifixion
(Plus 7 weeks of 7 days + 1 day = 50; aka Pentecost)
Nissan 16: Jesus' Resurrection
Sivan 6: Pentecost (Nissan 1 plus 66 days)
===================================
CALENDARING OF FEASTS METHODOLOGY
A Biblical
year is a Lunar (moon) Calendar 354 days long. The Biblical Calendar
for feasts is initiated by the first sliver of a new moon, and marks the beginning of a month, which is always a sabbath,
and the 1st day of the month (even when a leap month is added) ; thereby determining when the feasts will be held
per Leviticus Chapter 23. Consequently, the feasts always fall on the same day of the week
every year See “Feasts Calendars” file. Note: The Biblical calendar year spans the Gregorian calendar years from the first
month of Nissan; in approximately April or May.
In contrast to the Jewish Calendar
year averages 363.3 days per year; comprised of 12 lunar months with 29.530573496 astronomical
days per month; for a 354 day year; except on leap years where an extra month is added in to adjust to solar reckoning:
To approximately adjust to a solar calendar, a leap month called Adar II comprised of 29 days, is added
on: the 3rd, 6th, 8th, 11th, 14th and 17th year based
upon a 19 year cycle. . This calendar is often (incorrectly) called a “lunar /solar” calendar.
Unfortunately it is neither, or a correct hybrid.
In contrast to a Solar Calendar of 365.2422
days per year (Today’s Gregorian Calendar) 30.43685 astronomical days, per month, average. Note:
the Gregorian calendar replaced the earlier, less accurate Julian calendar.
Jewish Calendaring of Feasts today: Today’s Jewish calendars superimpose
a 354 day lunar calendar (Including a leap month Adar II) onto the Gregorian calendar of 365.2422 days per year.
Consequently the feasts then fall on a different day each year; rather than on the same day when based on a lunar
calendar; as God had ordained in Leviticus 23.
Christian
Calendaring of feasts, such as the “Feast of Passover”; aka Crucifixion
of Jesus”, or the “Feast of Weeks”; aka “Easter, or the “Feast of Weeks”; aka Pentecost.
The Christian calendaring of these feasts is also inaccurate; this is due to the overlaying of a lunar calendar, on top of
a modern Gregorian calendar, then purposefully adjusting the feasts to fall on predetermined days; i.e. the Crucifixion
on Passover to be on a Friday.
In contrast to the Biblical
Prophetic Calendar of 360 days per year. See Rev. 11:2-3, 12:6,
13:5 and Dan. 12:7-12 which indicate 42 months as equivalent to 3.5 years or 1260 days; 360 days per year (also used
by Babylonians) This is the calendar used in prophecy of Jesus 1st coming in Daniel 9:24-26,
then reconciled with the other calendaring methods mentioned:
