Over
the past 10 years as author and publisher of FeastsOfTheLord.Net website, I have been
blessed with many special insights as to the end of the age timing and events according to Scripture with the application
of stringent hermeneutical principles. After having read about Terry’s vision from Mike Bickle’s
interview, I was impressed with the accuracy of his statements in regard to end of the age timing and events in correlation
with the contents of the FeastsoftheLord.net website.
The ‘season’ of the Lord’s
Return for His ‘appointed times’ has arrived. The first four appointed times
were the first 4 feasts of the Lord, i.e. Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits and Pentecost.
Now the
next 2 appointed times have indeed arrived: the Feast of Trumpets and Feast of Atonement, followed
by the Year of Jubilee.
The Feast of Trumpets represents a call to
repentance for 10 days / 10 years prior to the Feast of Atonement, culminating with the Year of Jubilee aka Millennial Kingdom.
The end of the age is clearly established by Scripture. Jesus said, “When you see the fig
tree (Israel) bloom, know that the time of the end is near, even at the door”, and “this generation (70 years)
shall not pass away until all things come to pass” (Matthew 24).
Israel
was reborn in 1948, plus 70 years equals 2018 (the start of the year 2018 equals completion of 70 years).
These Scriptures plus many other Scriptures and historical events combine to establish 2018
as the end of the age.
Consequently, 2018 minus 10 years for the
period of repentance between the Feast of Trumpets and the Feast of Atonement provides us with the start of the ‘season’
of the Lord’s Return starting at 9/11/2008.
I have termed the three 7-year periods as such:
- 2001
to 2008 the last 7 years of plenty
- 2008 to 2015 the 7 years of repentance / economic collapse;"Days
of Noah" culminating with the "Day of the Lord"
- 2011-2018 the 7-year tribulation period of
4 years’ “tribulation” 2011 - 2015 Then 3 years of wrath 2015 - 2018
On 9/11/2001, the ‘4th
world empire’ was struck. Exactly 7 yearsto the day, on 9/11/2008, the world financial
empire was struck again, resulting in a panic stock market sell-off drop of 777.77 points.
This
is why Terry’s statement of three 7-year judgments starting in 2001 was most striking to me.
The
2nd. set of 7 years are known as: “as in the Days of Noah” (Matthew 24), culminating with the last 3
of 10 years’ “Day of the Lord” and His wrath. This 7-year period ranges from 9/11/2008
to September of 2015, which marks the start of the Day of the Lord for the last 3 of 10 years call to repentance
until 2018.
The 3rd 7-year period ranges between
9/29/2011 and the 9/11/2018 Feast of Trumpets. The third 7-year period is the last 7 years of the 10 years. This
is the 7th sabbatical year of 7 years leading to the Year of Jubilee where all things that are God’s return
to God, the original Owner of all things. The first 4 years are called ‘tribulation’
by Jesus in Matthew 24:5-31 and are the 1st five seals of Revelation Chapter 6, again culminating with the Day
of the Lord and His wrath.
The
current period starting in September of 2011 until October 2015 will indeed be most dramatic for believers.
2018 is also the start of the 70th 50-year ‘Year of Jubilee’
from when Joshua led the Hebrews across the Jordan River into the Promised Land.
In
answer to Daniel’s question in Chapters 7:8-9, 13-14, 21-22 regarding ‘the little horn’ and antichrist’s
activities , Daniel asked the question in Chapter 8:9-14 “how long shall be the vision … and the sanctuary be
trodden underfoot”. He was given the answer of 2300 days / years.
2018 is also 2300 days / years from when the
‘little horn’ (Seleucid, son of 1 of 4 generals who succeeded Alexander the Great); a type of the antichrist (Daniel
8:9-12), took power in December of 281 B.C.
As for his statement of June 7, 2011,
I have no understanding except that it may correlate somewhat with the Feast of Pentecost, which begins at sundown on June
7th 2011. Bear in mind that the Lord ascended on the 40th day after Passover, 10
days prior to Pentecost. Pentecost is a foreshadowing of the Year of Jubilee. Pentecost
is in days (50) as years (50) is to the Year of Jubilee.
Regarding Terry’s statement on “fall
stop and confusion”: Terry states that June 2011 is when the economic crisis hits and that there
will be great amount of resigning from government employment in the Washington D.C. area. I had not expected
to see it start until the Feast of Trumpets, September 29 of 2011. Then he envisions great
economic collapses including unemployment and an economic pulling away by China as a result of the economic chaos in the United
States.
I
concur with Terry’s statement of “fall stop and confusion”. ‘Fall’ refers
to economic collapse. ‘Stop’ refers to a decrease of the world economic machinery. ‘Confusion’
is in reference to the Tower of Babel which was the result of Noah’s curse upon his son Canaan (Canaan means merchant)
which was passed on to Nimrod. Nimrod also foreshadows the little horn (Seleucid) and Antiochus Epiphanes,
both of whom were Greco-Roman rulers of the land of Assyria just as USA is de facto ruler of Assyria (Iraq) today and therefore
the 4th beast of Daniel 7:7.
During the 7-year tribulation event, beginning with the first
4 seals of Revelation, there will be a massive falling away from the faith by those who will reject and deny Christ because
of severe persecution and spiritual deception. Jesus reiterated this in Matthew 24:10-12. Many
evangelical believers interpret this event of apostasy, i.e. the falling away of nominal believers as on a par with the revealing
of the antichrist.
2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 states “Let no one deceive you by any means, for that
day will not come unless the falling away (aka apostasy) comes first and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition
who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called god or is worshipped. So that he sits in the temple
showing himself that he is god.” Here ‘temple’ in the Greek is naos,
which refers to a spiritual temple, not a physical temple (Greek hieron). Consider what I Corinthians
states in 3:17: “if anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him, for the temple
of God is holy, which temple (naos) you are”.
In other words, satan’s
objective is to have us become apostate, denying that which we once believed, replaced by himself standing in the temple of
men’s hearts, causing the sacrifices (zebach; sacrifices of righteousness)
and oblations (minchah; gift or tribute) of praise and commitment to God to cease.
This
apostasy is truly the abomination that causes a desolation of the spirit. It is this abomination that will
usher in the great destruction, desolation and the devastating judgments of God, as described in Daniel 9:27.
As
for Terry’s statements on “the sun doing weird things”, NASA has
projected unusual heights of solar activity which may disturb the satellite system. In addition, there
will be solar eclipses directly over Jerusalem on both the Feast of Passover and Tabernacles in the year 2015.
This may be in conjunction with the Sixth Seal and Matthew 24:29-31 where Jesus states that once we have seen the ‘beginning
of sorrows’ described by John as the first 4 seals (Rev.6), and have observed the abomination that causes desolation,
followed by a great tribulation, we would then see “the sun and moon turn dark and the stars fall from heaven”
(Matt. 24). Jesus stated that when you see this ‘sign’ (Lk.21), also described by John as the
Sixth Seal; “then you shall see the Son of Man in heaven coming with His angels and the sound of a great trumpet to
gather His elect” (Matt. 24:29). Jesus’ “elect” are those who He has chosen, namely
believers. This is termed pre-wrath rapture, i.e. after tribulation but before wrath. For
we are subject to tribulation in this world and refined through the furnace of affliction, but are not subject to God’s
wrath. Joel 2:31 reiterates that when we have seen this sign, it will occur prior to “the Day of
the Lord and His wrath”. The Hebrew word for wrath is ‘ebrah’ and only describes
the contents of the scroll described as the “7 trumpets and 7 bowls of God’s wrath”. Note
that Jesus Who comes to deliver us from the wrath to come opens the scroll and stays to deliver His wrath upon the unrepentant.
Then He remains to reign 1000 years.
Over the past 10 years, the Lord has blessed me with the opportunity
to invest some 8000 hours in developing more than 200 web pages over some 10 web sites. There is much that I could share, but I leave that to God leading you in your response. The
time is short, so let us help each other in blowing the trumpet of warning as faithful watchmen (Ezek. 33).
