associated with the feasts, both at the time of the Lord and currently.

Eze

not warned; if the sword come & take any person …, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require
at the watchman's hand.
Note Syllabus format: Scriptural references are in biblical order for Old & New Testaments for each feast. This should
greatly ease locating verses as listed.
Shorter teaching time
periods would require preprinting each verse. Copies of each verse can be obtained from On-line bible web sites such as:
www.blueletterbible.com . This syllabus is the main teaching tool, accompanied by multiple handouts & videos; as referenced
in the left margin of the syllabus. Part of the objective of this study is to encourage participants to
actually study the Bible from Genesis to Revelation by leading participants to look up EVERY verse and color highlight each
verse for future reviews.

Feasts: aka:
Solemn Appointed Times with the Lord. Lev. 23:1-4
The Hebrew word translated "Feasts" means
“Appointed Times”.
Feasts and Sabbaths are called "Holy Convocations" in Scripture.
That is to say, they are intended to be times of meeting between God and man for "Holy Purposes".
According to De.16:16 God commands that
we keep His Feasts and appear before the Lord with thanksgiving.
These "Holy Convocations" are a
combination of celebratory commemorations of God’s providence fulfilled in the past, and the continued fulfillment of
His covenant promises for the future.
“And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and
say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the LORD, which ye
shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are My
feasts. Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings. These
are the feasts of the LORD, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.”
Lev. 23:1-4
To
fully understand the Feasts, one must first understand the full meaning and implications of the Sabbath as a time of oneness
with God.
Celebrating the Sabbath (1-day; 24 hours – Saturday sundown to Sunday at sundown). The Sabbath is only a foreshadowing toward the fulfillment of God’s
redemptive plan exemplified in His 7 Feasts.
God commands that we keep each and every sabbath & feast day holy (in light of the
New Testament); aka "Holy Convocations"; that is, they are intended to be times of meeting between God and man for
"Holy Purposes" in preparation of an eternity of dwelling with Him! "Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it HOLY. Exodus 20:8-11 (4th
Commandment)
The Feast of Tabernacles becomes the ultimate completeness of meeting
with God; to “tabernacle” / dwell with God for eternity.
"If you keep your feet from breaking the
Sabbath and from doing as you please on My holy day, if you call the Sabbath a delight and the Lord's
holy day honorable, and if you honor it by not going
your own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words, then
you will find your joy in the Lord, and I will cause you to ride on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance
of your father Jacob." The mouth of the Lord has spoken. Isaiah 58:13-14
