Introduction:
The law was given by God at the sound of a trumpet (the horn of a ram). Likewise, the law will also be judged by God Himself; announced in the blowing of the last trumpet announcing the coming Judgment aka Feast
of Atonement.
The
last chance to repent has past; the “Days of Awe / Affliction” between the Feast of Trumpets and the Feast of Atonement is over. The “Year of Jubilee aka Millennial Kingdom has
arrived. The bride has made herself ready for the bridegroom. The wheat shall be separated
from the chaff.
“So it shall be
in that day: The great trumpet will be blown; They will come, who
are about to perish in the land of Assyria, And they who are outcasts in the land of Egypt, And shall worship the LORD in
the holy mount at Jerusalem.” Isa. 27:13
“I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, Saying, I am Alpha and Omega,
the first and the last: and, What thou see, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches …”
Rev. 1:10-11
“After
these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice
which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, "Come
up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this." Immediately I was in
the Spirit; and behold, a throne set in heaven, and One sat on the throne. Rev. 4:1-2

The Last Trumpet:
The last trumpet spoken of in Zec.
9:14-16, also spoken of in 1Cor. 15:52,
will be blown by God just as when God gave the law to Moses in Ex.
19:16; it will be blown again at the Rapture as noted in I Thes. 4:16-17. This
trumpet blowing will also announce the resurrection of the dead in Christ, to meet the Messiah and reign with Him a
thousand years; i.e. Millennial Kingdom.
And
it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount,
and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people
that was in the camp trembled…. And when the voice of the trumpet sounded
long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spoke, and God answered him by
a voice. Ex. 19:16, 19.
“In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last
trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed”
1Cor.15:52
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel,
and with the Trumpet of God: and the dead in Christ will rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air;
and so shall we forever be with the Lord. I Thes. 4:16-17
“And the LORD shall be seen over them,
and his arrow shall go forth as the lightning: and the Lord GOD shall blow the trumpet,
and shall go with whirlwinds of the south.
The
LORD of hosts shall defend them; and they shall devour, and subdue with sling stones; and they shall drink, and make a noise
as through wine; and they shall be filled like bowls, and the corners of the altar.
And the LORD their God shall save them in that day.
(Zec. 9:14-16)
